This policy explains what personal information perfectslushi ("we", "us", "our") collects, why we collect it, and what you can do about it. We handle your data in accordance with the UK GDPR, the EU General Data Protection Regulation, and other applicable laws.

1. Who we are

perfectslushi is the data controller for the information described in this policy.

2. What we collect

When you buy: your name, email address, billing address, and order details. A phone number only if you choose to give us one. Your card number is handled directly by our payment provider and never reaches our systems.

When we deliver your purchase: the date your download link was issued, and whether it has been used. We keep this to reissue access and to handle refund requests.

When you subscribe to our list: your email address, and nothing else.

When you email us: your email address and whatever you choose to write.

Automatically: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, and referring source, collected through cookies and similar technologies.

We do not collect a delivery address, because nothing we sell is shipped.

3. Why we use your information

To deliver your order and your download link. To provide support and reissue links. To process refunds. To send marketing emails, if you opted in. To prevent fraud. To meet our tax and legal obligations. To understand, in aggregate, which pages work.

4. Legal bases (UK and EEA)

Performance of a contract, for delivering what you bought. Consent, for marketing emails and non-essential cookies. Legitimate interests, for fraud prevention and basic analytics. Legal obligation, for tax and accounting records.

5. Who we share it with

Service providers only, and only what each one needs: Shopify (store and checkout), our payment processor, our email provider, and our analytics and advertising providers. These parties process your data on our behalf and are bound by confidentiality obligations. We do not sell your personal information for money. We may disclose information where the law requires it.

We no longer share data with shipping or fulfilment partners, because nothing we sell is shipped.

6. Advertising and US state privacy laws

We use advertising and analytics cookies to measure our ads. Under some US state privacy laws, including in California, this activity may count as "selling", "sharing", or "targeted advertising" even though no money changes hands.

If you live in one of those states you can opt out at perfectslushi.shop/pages/data-sharing-opt-out. We also honour the Global Privacy Control signal where the law requires it. We will not treat you differently for exercising this right.

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies for the cart and checkout, analytics cookies to understand how the site is used, and advertising cookies to measure our ads. You can refuse non-essential cookies through the banner on the site or in your browser settings. Essential cookies cannot be switched off without breaking checkout.

8. How long we keep it

Order and payment records for six years after the end of the accounting period they relate to, as UK tax law requires. Download and access records for 24 months. Marketing contacts until you unsubscribe. Support emails for up to 24 months. After that we delete or anonymise the data.

9. Your rights

You may ask us for access to your data, correction, deletion, a portable copy, restriction of processing, or that we stop using it for marketing. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests, and withdraw consent at any time. Email contact@perfectslushi.shop and we will respond within one month.

If you are in the United Kingdom, you may complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk. If you are in the EEA, you may complain to your local supervisory authority.

10. International transfers

Our providers may process data outside the United Kingdom and the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Where that happens we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as the Standard Contractual Clauses, the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum, or transfers to a country recognised as providing an adequate level of protection.

11. Marketing emails

You receive them only if you opted in. Every one has an unsubscribe link and it works immediately. Transactional emails, such as your order confirmation and your download link, are not marketing and are sent regardless.

12. Children

This store is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we will delete it.

13. Security

The site runs over HTTPS and payments run on our provider's PCI-DSS compliant infrastructure. No system is perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise.

14. Changes

Any update will be posted on this page with a new date.
